Nor is used when the alternative is negative. Nor also used to show a choice
(Robinson and Penner, 2005). Examples:
1. She can’t do it; nor
can you, nor can I, nor can anybody.
2. He didn’t stop running, nor did he look back over his shoulder.
3. She is a vegetarian. She will nor eat beef, nor will she eat chicken.
The students couldn’t strike, nor could they get their tuition fees returned.
